Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for specific countries only. Our return policy applies exclusively to the following countries: Canada, the United States, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, France, Italy, Mexico, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Israel, Russia, and Germany. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return if your item meets our eligibility requirements.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be in exactly the same condition as received, with no impact on resale potential
  • No signs of use whatsoever
  • Undamaged
  • Original packaging must be kept intact, including:
    • Outer packaging
    • All accompanying accessories
    • Included complimentary items
  • Original tags must be preserved

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  4. If approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and the return address. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Important Notes

  • Returned goods must not affect the potential for resale
  • We do not accept damaged goods, unsellable goods, or exchanged goods (not the original product)

  • All accompanying accessories and complimentary items must be in good condition and returned together with the product
  • Once the return is successfully received at our return warehouse and meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund to the original payment account within 48 hours
